Bank connections

Boreal uses Plaid to securely connect to financial institutions. Boreal does not store your online banking username or password.

Data protection

Boreal uses encrypted connections to transmit data. Access to production systems and financial data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel with a legitimate need.

Access controls

Administrative systems are protected using multi-factor authentication where available. Access is granted using least-privilege principles and reviewed periodically.

Data deletion

You can disconnect a financial account or request deletion of your Boreal account data. When you disconnect an account, Boreal stops syncing new data from that connection.
